I’m certified as an ISSA CPT, NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist, Precision Nutrition Coach (Level 1), ISSA Strength and Conditioning Coach, and ISSA Online Coach. My expertise includes GLP-1s, spinal conditions, pre/post-natal training, weight loss, corrective exercises, and meditation. I'll work with you to correct any muscle imbalances and joint dysfunctions so that you can lift more weight and achieve your fitness goals. I look forward to helping you be your personal best.

Perfect for self-starters who need guidance and accountability.

Essential Program:​

• $80/month for 3-4 customized workouts and weekly check-ins to discuss progress

​

90-Day Transformation Program:

• $1,000 for three months of personalized coaching, including workout plans, nutrition guidance, and progress tracking.

 

6 month VIP Program:

• $1,500 upfront or $400/month(4 total payments) for SIX months of personalized coaching, custom workout plans, nutrition guidance, and progress tracking.

IN-PERSON TRAINING

Ideal for those in the Chicagoland area seeking long-term results with consistent coaching.

Pay-As-You-Go:​

• $120 per session with customized workouts, nutrition guidance, injury prevention and progress monitoring
